1 About GuardLink
GuardLink is a digital marketplace that connects licensed security officers with businesses requiring security services in Singapore. The platform enables guards to browse and accept available shifts, and enables employers to post vacancies, manage bookings, and communicate with their security workforce.
GuardLink Technologies Pte. Ltd. operates solely as a technology platform facilitating these connections. We are not an employment agency, staffing company, or employer of any security officer using the platform.

- Guards are paid for completed shifts on a weekly basis via bank transfer to the account registered on the platform.
- The pay rate displayed on each shift listing is the amount the guard will receive after any applicable platform service fees.
- GuardLink is not liable for any delays in payment caused by incorrect bank details provided by the guard.
Employers
- Employers agree to honour payment obligations for all confirmed shifts as stated at the time of booking.
- Platform service fees are charged to employers as disclosed on the platform and during the booking process.
- Employers are responsible for any applicable taxes on payments made through the platform.
